TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.	Training rooms shall only be used for the purpose of meetings, in-company projects or in-house training programmes.
2.	Full payment of rental in advance for new clients. 30% of rental fee shall be paid as deposit for regular users. The balance shall be payable no later than 30 days from the date of invoice.
3.	Cancellation of room rental shall only be accepted NOT less than 5 working days before the rental date, 30% of rental fee shall be charged. Insufficient notice shall require FULL payment of rental fee.
4.	No poster, advertisement or publication shall be displayed without the consent of the Association.
5.	It shall be the responsibility of the hirer to use the rented premises and/or accessories in a careful and proper manner. The hirer is liable for any accident, injury, loss or damage which may occur during the rented period.
6.	When typhoon signal no. 8 or black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted, the Association shall refund all charges or reschedule another date for use.
7.	Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
8.	The Association reserves the right to arbitrate the final decision should a dispute arise.
